Introductory Meeting
This time is designated to be the visionary for your home. We will create a detailed schedule plan of the entire building process, from selecting a lot to your final move-in.

We know the Pullman, WA and Moscow, ID, community because we live here, so we have extensive knowledge of the surrounding area. We’ll be happy to point you in the right direction of a location that satisfies all of your requirements and complements your new home.

Plan Selection & Design
Our team will assist you in every step of the design process and create a set of building plans that reflect what you’re looking for in your new home. Additionally, you can rest easy knowing we will manage the correspondence with the city and county to ensure that local building codes are met for the jurisdiction your new home is located in.
Estimating
Our construction experience provides real-time cost information that we use to provide a detailed budget for your new home with performance and value in mind. We will do whatever we can to fit your new R.B. Olson Construction LLC home and all of its design elements into your budget.

Due to his vision we bought a lot that presented some challenges common to Pullman (slope, large 30′ easement, small, etc.) but was also very affordable and had a great view. Contract Signing
The contract will consist of the budget, plans, specifications, and in some cases, the land (unless our customer already owns this). Our contract is subject to your lender determination and financing.
Notice To Proceed
Our Construction will begin once we have received the building permit. We will schedule a meeting at the building site to confirm the orientation of your home on your lot.
Schedule & Progress Meetings
Once construction begins, we will provide a schedule for your new home. Weekly meetings with the contractor will take place to answer any questions you may have and review the details of the home.
Home Completion & Customer Orientation
Upon the completion of your home, we will personally accompany you on a final walk-through to point out the features you have selected, explain our customer warranty, and answer any questions you may have. Congratulations on your New R.B. Olson Construction LLC home!
